The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast had great options. The bathroom fan was super noisy, and you could hear outside traffic at night. There's a nice playground for kids nearby. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a quick trip.

Rooms were clean and recently updated. The outdoor pool area was nice and perfect for families. We could hear noise from outside, which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast had a decent variety but ran out quickly during peak times.

Rooms are updated with nice walk-in showers! Staff is friendly and breakfast offers a good variety!
It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it.

Convenient location. Close to a variety of restaurants and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Clean room and comfortable bed, plus a fantastic shower. Check-in with Ariana was a pleasant experience; her warmth set a positive tone. there were several issues. The door had significant gaps, letting in cold air, and the phone was completely nonfunctional. Tissue products were subpar—more comparable to newspaper. Soap dispensers fell apart, and room amenities like lotion were lacking freshness. Gym noise disrupted early mornings, and parking was difficult. Despite these shortcomings, it still provided good value. Attention to detail could elevate the experience significantly. Thank you for a mostly good stay.

I loved the comfy beds that made me feel right at home! The breakfast spread was insane – think sausage, pancakes, and real scrambled eggs! The staff, especially Doofan at the front desk, truly made my stay memorable with their warmth and friendliness.
would recommend 😊❤️

The staff, especially Rebekah, provided outstanding customer service, making me feel welcomed. some room cleanliness issues and noise from the highway did detract from the experience.

The breakfast is fantastic with tons of hot options. The outdoor pool is clean and comfy with its own towels and the staff at the front desk are super friendly.
The carpet in my room was a little questionable.

I couldn’t believe how strong the air freshener was when I walked into the lobby. It was so overpowering that I had to cover my mouth with my shirt. It messed with my asthma all night—really uncomfortable!

The room was cozy and warm on a freezing cold day, immediately making us feel at home. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The air handler worked well, maintaining a pleasant temperature. the shower door didn’t close properly, leading to a wet floor. The bathroom was clean, but the hairdryer was initially non-functional until I found a spare later. I noticed some dust and hair in corners, which was disappointing. Despite the noise from nearby traffic, the overall comfort made the stay enjoyable.

During my stay, I loved how everything was just a short stroll away, with several tasty restaurants like Waffle House and Bar-B-Cutie just around the corner, and beautiful parks like Fort Granger Park and Aspen Grove Park within almost 3 kilometers to explore, making it perfect for my weekend walks; plus, the room was clean, the breakfast was hot and filling, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, but I did notice that the outdoor pool area could use a bit more sunshine!

The friendliness of the staff was a definite highlight, with helpful front desk interactions that made a difference. The clean room was a plus—comfortable bed, neat bath area, and a decent TV. the mildew issue with the shower door was annoying, and the empty soap dispensers were frustrating. On the downside, the property is undergoing renovations, which took away from the experience. WiFi issues added to the stress, and we found a few annoying bugs in the room. It’s a mixed bag where cleanliness shines, but several areas need serious attention.

My friends and I had a blast in Franklin, the hotel being super close to the Expo Center where we rocked out at the Amigo guitar show. The location was lit, with easy food options and even a children's playground nearby!
Dude, if only they had a rad rooftop terrace with a DJ for some sick party vibes, it would've been epic.

The breakfast room staff was excellent, keeping the area clean and even helping me with the waffle mixture issue. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficient housekeeping service. there were some areas that could use improvement. The soundproofing in the rooms seemed lacking, especially for those located on the main floor facing the road, as noise from traffic and pedestrians could be heard easily. some amenities like the hair dryer in the bathroom not working and a lack of signage on the property layout caused inconvenience. the staff at the hotel were professional, friendly, and accommodating. They offered to fix any issues promptly, such as the non, functional coffee maker and the plugged soap and shampoo dispensers. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and the service at the nearby Waffle House was excellent. This interaction with the staff left a negative impression, especially since the discount had been honored in the past. my experience at Best Western was a mix of highs and lows.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Rooms had a musty smell and thin walls.

The room was spotless and odor, free. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, and more. The location near I, 65 and various shops was convenient for travelers. the shower had great water pressure, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.
The room size was a tad small, and the bathroom felt cramped. Some minor inconveniences, like an empty lotion bottle and a dark TV screen with an unresponsive remote, affected comfort levels.

The staff here was the best! Friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread got me up early every morning. Scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, and those fantastic pancake machines! The location was on point, just a short drive to the historic area. Plus, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle.
The room next door hosted a rockin' party till the wee hours, keeping us wide awake. The humidity upon entering and some musty smells were a downer.

The hotel claimed to offer a wide array of amenities, but I found them to be nonexistent. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good.
Exploring the dark and musty rooms felt like a thrilling horror movie experience.

For families, the hotel has a fantastic children's playground with slides, swings, and even a mini jungle gym perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while adults relax. The location is unbeatable, ideal for historical site visits or family reunions.
My wife says that a bigger breakfast selection would be great.

Modern, well-appointed rooms with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee facilities. Plentiful breakfast with options for vegetarians and vegans.
Felt safe, no complaints at all.
